Within 10 business days of signing the agreement, a high-performance workstation pre-loaded with MassBiome software and the sequencing devices are installed in your laboratory.

With our "All-in-One" package, which includes Oxford Nanopore devices and the necessary high-performance Linux workstation, we transform your laboratory into a fully equipped microbiome center from the ground up.
No. MassBiome runs on a dedicated Linux Workstation (Desktop App) delivered together with the system. All analyses are performed locally on this machine; your data never leaves the laboratory and is never uploaded to the cloud. This ensures maximum data security and full compliance with KVKK (Turkish data protection regulations).
Yes. Our sample collection kits with proprietary stabilization solution, along with all consumables, are provided by us. Once you become a partner, kits are shipped to you in bulk according to your monthly projections.
